Perfect in yogurt or by itself. Made with organic oats, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, organic vanilla extract, and organic cinnamon.

Slow-fermented, crackly golden crust. Made with organic AP flour, organic whole wheat flour, organic spelt flour (milled by me!), filtered water, and Himalayan sea salt.

My best seller and my fiance’s favorite. Nourishing and delicious. Made with organic AP flour, organic spelt flour (milled by me!), organic whole wheat flour, wildflower honey, brown flax seeds, white flax seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds.

Seeded Whole Wheat Sourdough Loaf

A loaf I created for my customers with diabetes (they say this one doesn’t spike their blood sugar as much as the other loaves!). It’s made with full whole grain (hard red variety), my six seed blend (see above), filtered water, Himalayan sea salt. That’s it! And it’s so good.

Bakery Order Form

Please allow 4-7 days for fulfillment of your order, as the craft of sourdough is a slow one and I’m a one-woman operation. My usual dough mixing days are Mondays & Wednesdays, and then it takes 3 days from there to ferment, bake, and package.
